The award winning AXREM Future Leader Council (AFLC) serves as the voice of the early career professionals within AXREM member sectors, and aims to shape the future of our industry.
Our aim is to strengthen the current AXREM strategic governance structure by complementing our long-established Executive Committee. The participants in these roles are accomplished senior leaders who share their valuable expertise to drive the AXREM strategy and ensure value to members. To complement this wealth of experience, we invite fresh ideas and diversity of thought from the perspective of a new generation of rising stars and future leaders within AXREM member companies.
