AXREM Announce Future Leaders Council Members

Share

AXREM recently announced a new initiative and formation of the AXREM Future Leaders Council. The AXREM Future Leader Council (AFLC) will serve as the voice of the early career professionals within AXREM member sectors and aims to shape the future of our industry.

The association received 40 applications from across our membership companies with a high calibre of applications, and after a robust selection process, 11 candidates were chosen to join the Future Leaders council. Due to the popularity of this initiative and what we hope it can bring to AXREM, we have decided that we will recruit further members to the council in January 2025, so we have a rolling continuity of members to fulfil the roles, aims and ambitions of the council.

Our aim will be to strengthen the current AXREM strategic governance structure by complementing our long-established Executive Committee. The council will represent a diverse cross-section of our membership and areas of interest and the chair of the council will sit on the AXREM Executive Committee, with the two groups working closely together.
