“When I joined AXREM 3 years ago, I spent the first 6 month observing & learning, the next 6 months planning my vision, and have spent the last 2 years taking AXREM through a significant period of change. This has included implementing strategic objectives, increasing governance, and creating a strong marketing and communications plan, which has increased our profile and led to significant growth in our membership. But this has been a team effort, so I feel the winner of this award really is everyone at AXREM”.
“I must thank the AXREM family and in particular the Executive Committee for their help and support, we have created a strong team and I pass special thanks to AXREM Chair Ila Dobson & Vice Chair Charlie McCaffrey who have both dedicated a lot of their time to AXREM alongside their industry roles. I also pass thanks to my GAMBICA colleagues for their support”.
