AXREM Announce Collaboration with MAKE UK

AXREM are pleased to announce a new collaborative partnership with MAKE UK, that will help strengthen the support and services that the association provides to members.

Make UK is focused on creating the most supportive environment for UK manufacturers to thrive, innovate and compete. MAKE UK do this so that together, we can build a platform for the evolution of UK manufacturing. AXREM is the UK Trade Association representing the suppliers of diagnostic medical imaging, radiotherapy, healthcare IT and care equipment including patient monitoring in the UK. AXREM represents most companies in this space, and are the main representative voice for the diagnostic imaging industry.

The collaboration will allow both influential organisations to push the medical technology manufacturing sector and ensure that companies can continue to innovate and support the NHS at a time when they are under increasing pressures.

The collaboration will allow MAKE UK and AXREM to share information, add value to our respective organsiations and members, and to work on common areas of interest such as sustainability, cyber security and making the UK an attractive place to do business.

Sally Edgington, AXREM Chief Executive Officer said “This new collaboration came about following our parent organisation GAMBICA’s involvement in MAKE UK for many years, I feel this relationship will enable AXREM to connect, share, solve problems and create opportunities together with MAKE UK. I will look forward to being able to represent AXREM at meetings and events to ensure the medical technology manufacturing industry is represented and considered to ensure that it performs and grows, now and in the future”.
