Everlight Radiology to join Radiology Partners, continuing its successful strategic growth journey into a technology enabled, global teleradiology platform.

LONDON, UK — 25th August 2026 —Everlight Radiology (“Everlight”), a leading global teleradiology provider headquartered in the UK and Australia, today announced that Radiology Partners (“RP”), the leading provider of technology and AI-enabled radiology services in the United States, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business from Livingbridge following five years of successful investment. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Everlight’s journey, following a period of growth, geographic expansion, and technological development.

Everlight will continue its day-to-day operations seamlessly across all markets and remain headquartered in London, UK and Sydney, Australia. There will be no changes to the company’s management team, strategy, values, or operational staff and radiologist network.

RP, through its RP Clinical Services division, serves more than 3,400 hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the U.S. and cares for tens of millions of patients a year. Its national teleradiology practice, vRad, has operated since 2001 and has served nearly 120 million unique patients, supported by 25 patents and more than 25 proprietary clinical AI models. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, RP has built its technology around the radiologists who use it, empowering them to deliver the quality and service its clients and patients deserve.

Rob Anderson, Global CEO of Everlight Radiology, commented:

“Since 2006, Everlight has been dedicated to unlocking radiology capacity and delivering exceptional, patient-first reporting to healthcare partners worldwide. As demand for radiology reporting continues to accelerate globally, having the right investment and partnership to expand our clinical capacity and advanced technology infrastructure is essential.

Radiology Partners shares our vision, our values, and our commitment to high-quality patient care. Drawing on their deep expertise in the Radiology sector, RP will support Everlight’s next chapter of growth, enabling faster innovation, further embedding of AI and technology into critical clinical workflows, and broader reach of Everlight’s differentiated offering to even more patients globally. Crucially, our day-to-day focus remains unchanged. Our customers, radiologists, and staff can count on complete continuity and our unwavering commitment to clinical excellence.

This year, Everlight Radiology celebrated 20 years of delivering exceptional patient care through healthcare partners in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most recently South Africa. I see no better way to accelerate our growth into the next 20 than in partnership with RP.”

Rob Roger, Chair, Livingbridge, said;

“I wish Radiology Partners every success for the future. It has been a privilege to work alongside the Livingbridge and Everlight teams and to have played a part in building a truly globally successful teleradiology provider over the past 5 years.”

Rich Whitney, RP Chairman and CEO, commented:

“For 20 years, Everlight has been solving a problem every health system now recognises: imaging demand is growing much faster than the radiologist workforce. Rob Anderson and his team have built a uniquely scaled organization with a global network of consultant radiologists, and the technology and clinical governance to support them. We are not here to change that. Everlight will be led by the same team, from London and Sydney, serving the same customers to the same standards. What we can add is investment, clinical depth and the advanced technology we have spent years building in teleradiology, so that Everlight’s next 20 years are even more globally impactful than its first.”

The transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

Everlight and Livingbridge were advised by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc (Lead Financial Advisor) and Allier Capital, with Allens and Linklaters acting as joint Legal Advisors.
