AXREM Announces Candice Martin as Vice Convenor of the Radiotherapy Special Focus Group

AXREM is pleased to announce the appointment of Candice Martin as Vice Convenor of the AXREM Radiotherapy Special Focus Group (SFG).
Candice is Commercial Director at Amethyst Radiotherapy, operating at board level and leading commercial strategy, growth, and market expansion across the UK.
She has a proven track record of securing high-value contracts, scaling radiotherapy and diagnostic services, and delivering sustainable EBITDA growth within complex, regulated healthcare environments.
With a strong blend of commercial and operational expertise, Candice works in close partnership with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private providers to develop and mobilise high-quality, patient-centred services at pace.
Candice is known for her strategic focus, negotiation strength, and ability to translate opportunity into measurable results, she leads high-performing teams to deliver both business impact and improved patient outcomes.
As Vice Convenor of the Radiotherapy SFG, Candice will support the group’s work in bringing together providers, manufacturers, and stakeholders across the radiotherapy community, helping to address shared challenges, promote best practice, and support innovation across the sector.
