Services include machinery installation and removal, technical lifting, mechanical and electrical services, factory relocation, transport and logistics, storage and cross-docking, and on-site lifting and assembly. A particularly important differentiator is our healthcare and medical equipment capability. Flegg supports the relocation, transportation and installation of sensitive medical systems, including specialist equipment such as MRI systems. AIS Flegg Projects are a solutions provider for all modalities.

Supported by OEM-trained teams and the wider resources of the AIS Group, we provide a coordinated service focused on careful planning, clear communication and dependable project delivery within demanding healthcare environments.

Flegg Projects is a full-service medical installation company supporting healthcare providers and equipment manufacturers across the UK and Europe. We work across a broad range of medical imaging and interventional modalities, including MRI, CT, IGT and cardiovascular systems, ultrasound, X-ray, gamma and mobile systems. Our capability extends well beyond transportation and relocation. We move, de-install, re-site and install complex medical systems, managing projects from initial planning and equipment movement through to positioning, installation, calibration and power-on readiness.
This includes cardiovascular and IGT installations requiring positioning tolerances as precise as 0.2mm, full X-ray installations, and complex system re-sites that our experienced teams can undertake independently without requiring OEM engineers. By combining specialist medical logistics with practical installation and engineering expertise, Flegg Projects provides customers with a coordinated, end-to-end service for sensitive, high-value medical equipment.
