AXREM Welcomes First Affiliate Members

Following the recent announcement that AXREM want to be even more representative of the diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, patient monitoring and associated IT sector by introducing a new affiliate membership, we are pleased to announce that we have welcomed our first affiliate members.
AXREM are pleased to welcome our first affiliate members being T Clarke and Nanosonics.
T Clarke Over the past few years our TClarke Healthcare division has not only carried out Prestigious Turnkey projects including modular buildings; we have also grown our in-house panel manufacturing division that builds control panels for medical imaging equipment OEMs for Siemens Healthcare, GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, Cannon and many more. TClarke are now a national provider for such a product, and this has allowed us to obtain Affiliate membership to AXREM. This is a fantastic achievement for TClarke knowing that any trusts seeking an approved supplier for Medical Imaging equipment control panels have the assurance that they can obtain fully compliant equipment and services from TClarke.
Nigel Thompson, Divisional Director (Healthcare) at T Clarke said upon being admitted “AXREM membership demonstrates that TClarke are a major contributor in providing services and vital control panel products for OEMs supporting the NHS and Private sector into the ever-increasing needs for more healthcare diagnostic facilities supporting faster patient diagnostics”.
Nanosonics is a leading company in the field of infection prevention and has introduced a groundbreaking automated disinfection technology called Trophon®. This innovative solution is the first and only fully enclosed system for the High-Level Disinfection (HLD) for ultrasound probes suitable for use at point-of-care.
Ellie Wishart, Senior Medical Affairs Manager, EMEA at Nanosonics Europe Limited, expressed her excitement upon becoming a member of the prestigious AXREM. We look forward to working with fellow members and sharing our expertise in medical device decontamination to provide valuable insights and guidance to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). We ask that companies that want to apply for affiliate membership supply products and services relevant to diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, the associated IT/ AI and patient monitoring devices.
These could be products and services such as:
- Consumable companies
- Radiation protection companies
- Distributors
- Service providers
- Providers of specialist cleaning products for imaging devices
Companies that supply products that complement AXREM full members/ OEM’s.
AXREM has been through a complete transformation over the last 5 years and now has 56 MedTech companies in membership, meaning that for some devices we represent almost all of the UK market, and means we have established an influential voice in which to represent our membership views at the highest levels.
