JOB TITLE:                      AXREM Membership Engagement Administrator  

RESPONSIBLE TO:  AXREM Chief Executive Officer

                                         Reporting to the AXREM Membership Engagement Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE: General administration for AXREM and AMA.

HOURS:  16 Hours per week (Mon – Thurs 10am-2pm)

SALARY:  £12,000 pa (Full time equivalent £26,250)

DURATION:  Permanent (after 3 month probation period) 

LOCATION:  Remote based, with occasional meetings in London (Must be UK based).                         


Due to substantial membership growth and retention over the last five years, AXREM is seeking

an additional part time team member to ensure we maintain the high standards of

engagement and communication our members have come to expect.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning meetings, scheduling diary invites, booking meeting rooms & refreshments, drafting agenda and agenda slides for meetings, and sending them to members, and managing expected attendance lists.

To take minutes of association meetings and prepare them along with associated documents and ensure they are distributed in a timely manner.

Management of the CRM database ensuring updates and amendments are made, and new members and contact added.

To work closely with the AXREM Membership Engagement Manager to ensure the smooth administration function of the association.

Maintain member folders and AXREM spreadsheets to ensure they up to date.

First point of contact for initial AXREM enquiries and signpost accordingly.

Updating of spreadsheets for communications.

Credentialing Register duties

Administer new registrant applications, entering details into Excel spreadsheet and sending welcome communications and produce and send registration ID card.

  • Good knowledge of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to produce a range of communications i.e. emails, letters, meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Proactive and organised approach to work.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Willing to learn basic knowledge of medical imaging, radiotherapy and Imaging IT and retaining information and learning acronyms and industry terminology.
  • Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision.


AXREM is the UK trade association representing the interests of suppliers of diagnostic medical imaging, radiotherapy, healthcare IT and care equipment in the UK. Our group is comprised of most of the industry supply companies, complemented by the services of a secretariat. Find out more:
