AXrEM Recommended Contract Conditions
AXrEM has engaged in consultation with the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency regarding trading terms and conditions pertaining to clinical radiology and oncology procurement. Some of the conditions currently endorsed by AXrEM are as detailed below. Other contract conditions can be found within the member's area.
NHS conditions of contract for the purchase of goods (supplementary - March 2007)

NHS Supply Chain has now assumed management of the clinical radiology and oncology terms and conditions. Any amendments endorsed by AXrEM will be published here.
